Underneath of the center of the steering column if you look straight up behind the cruise control module.

The fuse controlling power to the main relay and the fuel pump is, normally, the ACG (S) (ALT) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box. Even if you can't locate exactly which fuse this is, just test them all with a test light or multimeter:
