What should I do?

I have 1996 chevy blazer 2dr and it is leaking anti-freeze it ran hot on me once and I check the engine coolant tank it was empty I added anti-freeze and water it hadn't rany hot since but now it has a slow leak and I can't tell where from when I took the radiator cap off it's filled to the top but the tank is half empty what is the problem

If it is leaking you should be able to pinpoint the leak in either the hose or the radiator itself. If you cannot determine where the leak is I suggest you have a mechanic put on a pressure tester for the system and that will show the leak.

It could be a number of things: a gasket, a hose, a water pump. You'll need to have it pressure-tested to locate the leak.
