vauxhall 8v problems!

hi there

i am having a nightmare with my vauxhall astra 99 8v i have just had a new thermostat put in because i had mayo round engine and thermostat stopped working.i had cam belt changed at the same time because of the location of the thermostat(silly place to put it!) but i have now got a flat spot on accelleration and she quite jerky when doing 60 - 70 and really doesnt like low revs! it likes to be driven hard or thrashed but i dont like to do this. what could be wrong with it now?? still no engine managment light thoe. i hate vauxhalls! its had new breather pipes ,spark plugs. fuel filter, air filter, and engine and fuel flush, full service (mayo gone) emmisions past.. can some one help before i burn it lol!!

look forward to hearing from some one

win x

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil. I recommend replacing them every 192,000 kilometers or 10 years, whichever comes first.
