my turbo b16 turns over but will not start

im having an issue with my b16a in a 95 civic hatch the car ran fine with a b16 i pulled it out.put my built motor in with turbo kit I get fuel i get spark added msd for better spark
i tryed to ecu s and i saw smoke come from ecu now im using hondata does the same thing turns over but will not start...please help me
