Truck wont start again.

My son has a 1988 Chevy 3500 series pickup. Recently we had replaced the fuel filer & fuel pump. This seemed to fix the problem. Two months later we replaced the computer and purchased a new batter and re-attached the fuel line because we were told it "blew off". Now two months later - the truck will not start again? Any suggestions. There is fuel getting to the engine because we were told the fuel is on the spark plugs(?). Not great with cars at all. Any help is greatly appreciated the 17 year old just wants to drive!

Sounds like you have no spark. Test/replace the Ignition Control Module and coil:

Many AutoZone stores can tests these items for free. If the truck is a "keeper," I would replace these problematic components, especially if they are what came with the truck.
