Other than forging it, I don't have any clue?

Check with the Treasurer in your county and see if they have
a procedure for this?

try applying for a lost title and when they ask for the info just but your name

this8384 disagrees: If you apply for a lost title, they issue a reprint of the original. If your answer was right, it wouldn't be any problem to steal a car and put it in the thief's name.

Assuming this ex is a ex wife, in divorce court they will order her to sign it over if you win the truck in court. If not married, you buy her share from her basicly to get it done.
