Timming On A Ford GT MUSTANG

I Recently Had My Plugs Changed. Afterwards IT STARTED making aTerriable Pinning And Klanking Sound From My Engine. It Sounds Like My Lifters , Its Like When You Shift Into The Wrong Gear On A Five Speed The Noise The Engine Makes Thats What It Sounds Like . It Dosent Do It When Idled But When You Take Off It Starts Ans The Faster You Go The Worse It Gets . What Are Some Things It Could Be?THE CAR IS A 2000 FORD MUSTANG GT.

Did you use Motorcraft spark plugs? Many cars don't like cross-referenced plugs. Make sure to use the exact plug that came in the car.
