I've been having prblms w/ my '98 Honda Accord EX V6. It has @ 139,200 miles on it. The check engine light came on & they sd it was sumtin w/ the fuel, so they chngd the gas cap. Then it would go slow or hesitate 2 go after a light or stop sign or sometimes even jerk & then go, it got worse, the RPM's started going high & back & forth. So I stopped driving it. Took it 2 a mechanic, sd it was the gear ratio, sumtin w/ the transmission, so i called a transmission place, told him the symptoms & he sd he cld rebuild it. I had it towed there: Hwy 6 Transmissions in Houston, TX. I picked it up Friday & maybe 3 lights down, it started doing the same thing ???? He sd it's the throttle body, to buy the part & he could put on. But i checked w/ my original mechanic again just bcse i wsn't too sure (wldn't he have fixed that before callin me sayin it was ready) he looked at it & sd its still the gear ratio, something w/ the transmission. I don't know what to do, I've spent alot of $$$$ on all this & don't know where 2 go from here ...please help !!!
