so went to autozone tested bad on third test. put on new on still same thing.// The reference voltage from map and tps are 4.9 volts supposed to be 5volts is that enough to rule out the ecu as bad. Also when I disconected the tps the surging went away then came back after a while. Any Any input is helpful im about to up?????
