speedometer problem

i have a 1990 Jeep wagoneer Limited and i recently had the speedometer fixed now the needle jumps and is always 10-20 mph off and there is a clicking noise does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it

Whoever ''fixed'' it before should be able to figure out what is wrong, and fix it. They should either fix it right, or give you your money back. Never put up with such poor service.
