How do I change the speed limiter on a 2004 GMC Yukon XL? And What speed is the limiter set to from the factory?

Factory setting? Speed limiters are not done at the factory; they're added by the vehicle's owner - and set to whatever they deem it should be set to...and my guess is that the owner can also change it.

This wouldn't be a company vehicle, would it?
