Remove the brake fluid reservoir from the holster by pulling upwards, but not too hard. It allows more space for your hands to get behind there to twist the headlight bulb. Turn counter clockwise about 15˚ and the flanges on the bulb will pop out from behind the three screws. Then remove and replace bulb. Reverse order to finish. It may take smaller hands or longer reach pliers.
