1. Is there any trick to removeing the steering wheel w/airbag?
2. Does anyone know the color codeing of the main hot wire to switch and the run switch wire. The reason I'm asking is because the engine will start, but then stop when I let off the switch from start to run so I'm sure the switch is the problem. I'm going to do a temp fix till I can pick up a switch. Thanks in advance. |

My '89 Civic hatchback has been acting a little weird. It starts fine on the first try but will not start again once turned off. The engine turns over but will not catch. This ends up kiling the battery. Once the engine catches white smike poours out of the exhaust and the car runs very rough...
I have a 91 civic dx and it over heats and now when I start it it dies in 30 sec before I had a problem with it over heating and I replaced the motor it was the same 1.5 dx motor and it sill over heats any thought to what might be the problem with the over heating or the car dying the radiator...
I just put a 89 crx motor in my car... didnt have the wiring harness or ecu so got one that would fit... car tries to fire up but won't start.. timing is new and so are the plugs... what could it be?
