Saturn won't start

My 2002 Saturn won't start. It was in storage for 13 months while I was out of the country. I tried to charge the battery but had no reaction. What should I do? Thanks for your help.

Test the battery, it may be shorted, not just dead. I'd jump it or try another battery if you are just not turning over.

remove the old battery and take it down to your local autoparts store, most place will check it for free, most likely the battery is damage and needs replacement.
