Saturn

I have a '92 Saturn and the heat shield over the exhaust pipe came loose. Does anyone have any ideas on how to reattach this back up? There is a hanger that holds part of the pipe up that rusted away and that is where it is. Sorta towards the back of the car just before the muffler.
