run around with Jeep

I am leasing 2007 Jeep since Dec 30th and getting the run around. Is my car a lemon: Jan 2nd something popped in the ignition and I couldn't start the car-was towed to dealer to b fixed. In May, the driver window kept getting out of the groove and leaning forward, couldn't roll it up-brought to dealer to b fixed. 3 weeks ago my car would like go into park (whenever I stopped at a stop sign) & then lunge forward -brought to dealer-they put 2 qts trans fluid in and told me to come back to b fixed. I dropped car today scheduled 7:30, and they called me at 4p to tell me they didn't have time to check it even though I called at 10am and 1pm to see if it was ready. Can they do that? Do I have any recourse? They said the trans guy was really busy and didn't have a chance to check the my trans. They need my car tomorrow-they might have to order parts. Is this normal?

You need to go somewhere else. That place is a joke. You should not be treated like that.
Demand to speak to the service director in his office personally and be very aggressive.
You WILL get results. The saying goes...the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
Sorry to say, but if you leased a Toyota, we wouldn't be having this conversation.
