rough idle 99 ram

the idle on my 99 ram 5.9 lt jumps up about 500rpms replaced plugs wires dist rotor in march also replaced cat. ane o2 sensers still does the same thing any ideas?

rough idling can be caused by dirty/clogged injectors. or it may have an injector that has stopped working.
