Replaced Main Relay, Passenger Window Stoped Working

Hi,

I recently just replaced the main relay in my 88' Honda Prelude and after putting it all together again my passenger window no longer works. Is it possible that I damaged some component that controlled the window. My sunroof and driver window work fine. I took out the main relay about a week ago to inspect it and put it back and reassembled everything and the windows worked fine, but this time the passenger window is no longer working.
