Removing the front bumper of a 1992 Grand Prix SE

I have a 1992 Pontaic Grand Prix SE with two doors and a 3.1 liter engine. The car sustained some damage to the front bumper area and I would like to remove the rubber piece in the front that makes up the openings for the headlights.
Can I remove the whole front assembly and replace it with another one? I assume the assembly is one piece and is removed as one piece.
I also need to know the steps to removing the front assembly. A diagram or pictures of the process would even be better. Thank you for your help.
