Hello, I Have just purchased a 1996 Ford E350 with 7.3 Power Stroke Turbo. I need to locate the Fuel Filter? Thank You to who ever answers this one:) :)

Once it is up and running it runs great, only when it cools down (for example over night) it won't start.

1996 E-350 Power Stroke Turbo Diesel Problems Just started running real bad At start up RMPs drop to 530 fluctuating to 640 very slow. What would cause this to run perfectly smooth to absolutely brutal? Thanks
