Power locks

My Honda Civic '91 doesn't have power locks, and I would like to install them. I know there were versions of Civic that did have power locks, so I know that is doable. I would just like to know what parts i will need.

It's a 2 door car and if driver's door is unlocked, passenger's door should get unlocked too. But if passenger's door is unlocked/locked, it should NOT affect driver's door. So i would only need 1 actuator, for the passenger's door? Is there some sort of "control module" that control's the whole power locks system? How do i pick up the signal that driver's door is locked/unlocked so that i know what to do with passenger's door?

On a side note, I do not want keyless power locks...just for safety issues.
