Hello everybody,

I haven't been for a while in this very helpful site. today I just have some trouble with my nissan altima 1998 with 106.000 mile. since the last Oil change ca. 2 month ago. I notice oil leakage around engine and connected wires and tubs.

What could be and how i can stop and prevent this for not to happen

Check to be sure that the oil filter is on correctly and that you did not forget to remove the gasket when you took the old filter off. Also be sure that the drain plug is tight.

check your valve cover gasket, pcv valve and oil pan gasket. you can also clean the engine off, put some dye in it and use a blacklight to see were it is coming from.
