No heat in dodge ram truck

Hi you I was just wondering if anyone out there knows how to replace a thermostat in a 2002 dodge ram truck . It over heated today and it was -30 without the windchill so it must be frozen shut. But for awhile now it doesn't really ever blow warm air it stays pretty cool. Any suggestions...
