no fuel

1991 crx dx not getting fuel to the fuel fillter

Try jumping terminals 5 and 7 on the main relay and see if the fuel pump runs. If it does, the problem is likely with the ignition system; e.g., fuse, ECM, or main relay. Read Sections A and B below:
