91 Honda civic dx ignition switch

91 Honda civic dx ignition switch

My ignition switch is broken, I think it is a piece of the tumbler not retracting. , My key only goes half way in and I can start my car with ANYTHING. Any key, screwdrivers,etc. Can anyone tell me what is wrong and how to fix it. Probably a new ignition switch?
