Idle on 1995 Honda Civic

Hello,

As the weather turns cold, my car will sometimes idle very sporadically - as if someone is pushing on the gas for 1 second, letting off, and then pushing again. Any thoughts?

More than likely your Fast Idle Thermal Valve (FITV) is bad, do you have any repair info on hand, do you have a digital camera to post pics here or to your own pic site where you keep family photos? More help standing by. Exactly which Civic and which engine please.
