How to troubleshoot a clutch pedal position switch on a 98 ranger

I just replaced the master cylinder, the truck cranked up at first and after I shut it off, it wouldn't start. i checked the fuses and 2 fuses were blown after replacing the fuses, the truck still wouldn't crank. I am thinking it is the CPP, how would I troubleshoot it.
