replacing valve cover gasket on 2001 honda civic. trying to replace rubber seal on cover bolts and cannot get them on. need help getting on..

I'm not really sure what problem you are facing. The rubber seals fit under the the washers and are torqued 7 lb.-ft. (84 lb.-in.).
