how much to fix the head gasket on a Honda integra 1992?

My 2001 Cavalier is using coolant like crazy, leaking it as well. The motor oil is kind of lumpy, does this mean a blown head gasket & is it worth it to fix? Plus what do I get fixed? Thank you I can't afford to have someone take advantage & charge me a crazy amount of $:o

How do you know if you have a blown head gasket, and what do you look for. 91 honda civic, oil on 3 spark plugs, not the 4th. And runs but runs rough.

I have a 1991 Honda Civic DX. It has run well until last week when it just wouldn't start for me. I have checked a few things: I have spark on all four plugs, the fuel pump seems to be working as it should, the starter is turning the motor over...although it doesn't sound right. I checked...
