How do you adjust 97 Civic EX headlights?

I've gotten in the engine and poked around for a few minutes but cannot clearly see how to adjust my headlights. They're pointed down really low and it makes it difficult to see more than 10 feet in front of me at night... Help!!

On each headlight assembly there are two gear adjusting points (mechanisms), one for horizontal and the other for vertical. You may need to take a small flashlight to see the adjusting points. Frequently, there's a slotted hole in the frame, going to the horizontal adjusting point, and a round hole in the frame, going to the vertical adjusting point. Use a #2 Phillips head screwdriver, to make the necessary adjustment.
