How do I set my amp

I have a 2200w SPL amp, and I put it in my self and when I got my new head unit I realized i havent touched anything on my amp and I need to know how to set it properly

Gain/Level=almost all the way up
HPF=litle past 1/4
LPF=little below 1/4
Sub Sonic=Little Past 1/4
Bass Freq= Little Past 1/4

also how would i set my new head unit to match or work good with how you guys suggest i set my amp it is a Pioneer
