How do I repair turn signals on 98 ford f150?

I replaced the flasher under the dash,but that didn't do it. Anyone know how to replace the turn signal switch?

The switch is behind the steering wheel. Unless you have the proper puller it is unlikely that you will get the wheel off. Are you sure that is the problem? Sure it is not a ground problem?

I am not sure,but where would I check for a bad ground for turn signals? They don't flash at all inside or out
