Steel Wheel Compatibility

I am selling the factory steel wheels from my 07 Mazda3i (15x6.5/5x114.3). Potential buyer stated he is looking for J15x6J steel wheels for his 06 Mazda3 and is wondering if mine are compatible. Are they?!
