    Honda accord interior rattles and vibrations
    I have an 89 accord DX, auto trans, 4 door 133k.

    The problem I has is buzzing sounds and vibrations from most every part of the dash board, air vents and glove box. Different things vibrate depending on the RPM, MPH, heater fan speed and what gear I’m in.

    I know the car is old and things have come loose and such. What I thought I might do is take the vent grills, glove box and any other part of the dash and ac/heating system apart and then put them back together using foam rubber strips and some kind of sealant

    Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on this?

    Actually, you might just need to tighten a few bolts. Older hondas tend to loosen up over the years. A 10mm socket and a rachet and a long extension is all you need.
