honda accord 2002 stereo lock

i changed my battery. upon reconnection my stereo is asking for a code. i have the radio/stereo serial (8-digit) code as well as the VIN, could anyone help me with a car dealer that will give me no flack when i call before givng me the unlock code? phone number and /or email address of any reasonable car dealer would help. please help soon, the silence in my car is killing!!! mr ddollinger yu there??
