Head Gaskets or crack block

I have a 2000 Taurus that was overheated I had water in my oil and water came out of the exhaust Cracked Head or Block.

It sounds like a cracked block: water in the oil. But it could also be just the head or it could be a damaged piston...either of which will require major engine work.

A proper diag will include a leak-down test.

Most likely, it's a cracked head. Personally, I would take it to Ford for repair.

Yep, its likely the head that cracked. Blocks can crack from frezzing but heads usually go first from overheating.
