my car has a blown head gasket ... how much will it cost to get fixxed

The parts will be cheaper than the labor hours, total cost depends on variables...call a few local mechanics and ask about the job for your model and year of car...

If the head needs machining and the valves need work, I would estimate, for a 4 cylinder engine, $2,000 to $2,500. Rarely is it just a head gasket--damage is usually sustained.
