You need to have the ignition lock cylinder replaced.

my subaru key got stuck in pre-ignition and wouldn't come out. After reading this site, I thought I was up for heaps. I asked a locksmith to take a look... he jiggled with it for a while, then he got a large engineers hammer and (firmly) tapped the end of the key. I was freaking out that he would damage the ignition, but lo and behold, the key came free! He said "amazing what a hammer can do, isn't it". I suggest that you try it (gently tho).
