fuel injectors

Hi,this iquiry is how to replace fuel injectors on a (1995)ford powerstroke diesel,there is a way of doing ig by rotating the engine over to close off the oil passages to the injectors as this what is suppose to cause all of the problems with oil getting into cylinder and hydro locking engine and destoying same,since it costs about (350.00)dollars in labor to replace the (1)that i need to replace,thank,swhisky4
