Fuel drip on F250, 7.3 L Pwr Stroke.

I have noticed a raw deisel smell and some spots on the driveway. It is more prevalent on a cold start. I did research and wound up changing the O rings in the filter/separator valve. I did this yesterday and this morning when I started it and idled for about 4 minutes, I noticed a dinner plate sized fuel spot on the drive. When I started it yesterday after replacing the O rings and fuel filter, it was good. now this morning, it is wet. Any suggestions?
