19 with permit can i drive?

I am 19 and have a state permit, seeing that i am 19 am i able to drive this car if im the only one in it??? I know if you were a minor you needed to have someone with you.

Anytime you have a permit at any age you still have to have a driver with a valid license with you.

It most likely depends on your state laws.
Your handbook should have it in there.
They have stricter laws now.
