Fan Clutch repair

95 dodge Diesel that has a temp gauge going from 150 to 190 twice every mile (finally decided to watch it)... anyway... I would like to change the fan clutch myself... the part looks pretty easy to get to and change out.. is it as easy as it looks... is it just those few nuts and then it comes off.. or is it more to that? Does anyone have a play by play... i just had the radiator and hoses changed out and the fan seems to be in good shape... it has an appointment to get the thermostat changed monday... but I hate to pay someone for a easy job if I could do the clutch change myself...
