F150 Shift is locked/ Windows/ Cruise

My F150 QC shift is locked into place and won't move. My automatic windows won't work either and the cab lights aren't working. Just walked out this morning and all of a sudden I have these problems! Also, when you push my cruise control 'on' it honks the horn.... ? Help!

No. It's parked in my flat driveway. It was working fine yesterday - I just stepped in to go to work and all these things don't work.

Everything else works fine - starts right up, radio works, side mirrors work, auto locks work, headlights, brake lights, just the auto windows, the cruise honks the horn and the cab lights don't work. Also, the steering wheel won't lock now. When I turn off the truck, the steering column doesn't lock. I'm stumped.

my thought is a broke ignition would lock up the shift, and possably cause the short that is causing the horn/cruise cross-over,i just talked to my buddy hes not a mechanical expert hes a body technician but he has to take steering shafts apart ect. and he feels the same
