engine swap

I have a 1982 barth motorhome with a 427 chevy gas engine.Can I swap an isuzu diesel into it without changing the tranny?It is a turbo 400.Thank ya,Rick

I would do a quick measurement between each of the bolt holes, May provide some hope if they match, Good Luck.
