dump truck

i have a international loadstar 1800 dump truck and i dont know how to use the gears(4+2) i can shift gears 1-4 but how do i use the extra 2 gears?

Is that truck equipped with pnuematic-split two-speed rear axle?
There is usually a control plunger/switch on the shifter.

yes but how do you work it after its in 4th gear, i know you pull the switch and then what? thanks for replying
