Dodge Spirit Transmission

Hi there , I just replace my transmission (twice) and the same problem keeps occurring my RPM jumps to 3 or 4 ( 1000) and the car is doing about 40 kms also this causes the car to become very hot but the fan brings the car back to normal temp.
What am I doing wrong or what should I fix?.

My car is a Dodge Spirit 1994 with 321000 kms.

Thanks for your assistance.
