diesel engine swap

I have a 95' ford F250 Powerstroke 7.3 DIT hi-mileage with a five speed stick tranny, 4X4

I have access to a96' ford F350 Powerstroke 7.3 DIT low mileage with automatic tranny, 4x4

Will my five speed tranny/bell housing bolt up to the 96' block?

Will there be any fit up/clearance issues in my 95'?

Will there be any electronics issues, ie. wiring harnesses, computor chips, etc.?
