That resistance is outside of spec:
IGNITION COIL RESISTANCE [at 70°F (20°C)]:
Primary:
Between the A and B terminals 0.6 - 0.8 Ohms
Secondary:
Between the A and secondary winding terminals 13,200 - 19,800 Ohms
But if you're spark is not blue and aggressive, check ignition dwell (if adjusatable) and battery voltage. Yellow spark is a weak spark, and may misfire under load.
