The solenoid may be the problem. Who did the diag? Who'll do the repair? |
The diag was done at a local auto parts store (Advanced Auto I believe) using their hand held computer. If it is a matter of replacing a vent valve, as long as it is a one person job, I will give it a try. I assume that I can test the vent valve by applying 12 VDC across the coil. I realize that it can also be a connector or wiring problem especially if the connector is exposed to rain, road salt, etc.
