bad timing

Hi there again

My Nissan Skyline was rebored and assembled for me .I just had to put
engine back and connect everything up again.The problem is we cant get the timing right .Does anybody know how to get the timing rigt on the engine.Its a
Nissan Skyline New ERA 2.0 gle(ca20).
